How do I choose a T-shirt size?
Use the model-specific size guide on the product page. Our shirts use different blanks, including Gildan 5000, Bella + Canvas 3001, and Comfort Colors 1717. Compare the listed garment measurements with a shirt you own rather than assuming the same size fits every style. Supplier measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm).
What is different about the garment-dyed shirts?
The Comfort Colors 1717 shirts use 100% ring-spun cotton with a relaxed fit and a heavier 6.1 oz/yd² fabric. Garment-dyeing may cause slight color variations. The relatively small neck opening is a normal characteristic of this shirt. See each product page for its colors, sizes, and full specifications.
How should I care for my purchase?
Follow the care label supplied with your item. Materials and finishes vary across shirts, drinkware, candles, and prints. Check the individual product details before choosing how to wash, clean, or use your purchase.
What frame colors are available?
Our framed posters offer black, red oak, and white options. Open a poster product page to choose the available size and frame color.
Where can I find shipping charges and delivery information?
Check the shipping charges and any delivery information shown at checkout before placing your order. Our existing store policies explain that estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition. To request a return, use the Contact Us form and include your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can help. Use the Contact Us form and include your order number.
