Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition. To request a return, use the Contact Us form on our website and include your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can help.

Terms of service

By placing an order, you agree that the product details, price, shipping charges, and taxes shown at checkout are correct. Product colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Orders may be produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. All website content, artwork, text, photographs, and branding remain the property of Vita & Fred Guitar Poems or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
